Problem with your USB driver? Now I am going to show you to repair your USB drivers!

Just follow these simple steps!


1. Unplug all USB devices except mouse and keyboard.

2. Right Click on Computer and choose properties.

3. Click on Advanced Settings on the Right Pane and choose  Environment Variables.
 






 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. Under the window "System variables" Click on New to add a new entry.


 

5. Type “devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices” as the variable name and set the value of that variable as 1



6. Choose OK on all these windows.


7. Right click on Computer and choose Manage,then choose Device Manager as shown
 
 




8. Click on View on the Menu bar , then choose “Show hidden devices.”


9. You will now see that you have a list of USB devices and that some appear to be gray out . Uninstall all that entries.

10.Search for INFCACHE.11 (it is file is used to store information about USB drivers) in your computer


11. Right Click on the file INFCACHE.1 choose Properties, Click on Security tab and Click on Edit
 
 




 

12.Then Choose Add.



Type Administrators in the window, Click OK.





 
 
 
 
 
 
6.  Now Delete the INFCACHE.1 file.

7. Connect a USB device and See to that it is installed . Sometimes you may need to reinstall some USB device
drivers!
