1)open run(cntrl + r)

2)Type "%temp%

3)Permanently Delete all the files in that folder(directory).If it asks for permissions then allow it !!

Ever tried to create the following folder in Windows? CON, PRN, AUX, CLOCK$, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, & LPT9 Probably windows doesn't allow you to create a folder in these name using Windows Explorer or Command Prompt directly!
